Pen acting like eraser??

I left my tablet on for maybe 30-60 minutes, I had csp (clip studio paint) open and came back after a while and my pen was not working. I knew it wasn't my tablet because I reinstalled the driver and it worked fine, (I also did the same with csp but same thing). Plus, when I used my mouse to see if it was the program that was messed up, it worked fine, changed pen size, used all the brushes and changed the color. But, when I used my tablet pen, it acted as an eraser? I had a red color selected and it didn't work. I'm at a lost and so frustrated. I've tried charging my pen too, still didn't work. I'm very upset with this program, I spent a lot on this and was very excited. Three stars.

take a look into the key settings of you tablet, you can change those with most tablets which means the pen key may have selected a earaser for some reason.

ive checked the pen mode and it's set at normal. i'm already tempted to change programs at this point. (i use a huion gt 191 if that helps.)
